I provide business strategy and operations consultancy since 2010, assisting clients to improve performances, cost,
promote innovation, and enable change.
Previously, since 2002, I provided technical consultancy together with a relevant experience on business
development.
As a business consultant manager, I am responsible to lead projects maximising value for the client, create
knowledge shared across client and consulting firms, and coach team members.
I graduated cum laude in Telecommunication Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 2001.
