Responsibilities I have been responsible for all the technical aspects of the pre and post
tender activities for the customer NAV CANADA.
In the frame of the project the company started a new subsidiary activities
in Montreal, where I have been responsible for the operational
implementation of the software for the aeronautical data management and
for all the technical activities related to the project with the final customer.
My main responsibilities have been:
1. promote the software (demo, meetings, working groups, etc) of the
system before the tender delivery and influence the specs.
2. produce all the documentation (technical and economical) for the
tender
3. collect operational requirements from the final user
4. coordinate the Software development with internal and external
laboratories
5. manage the internal software development work-orders (from the
economical and technical point of view)
6. coordinate the software implementation, acceptance with the final
customer
7. interview new personnel to be tasked operational aspect of the
project implementation in the company
8. coordinate theoretical and operational training (on the software and
OJT) for the new employees
