Home Studio India Pvt Ltd was established in 2004 and generates revenue through importing and selling furniture from Germany. The company is jointly owned by two directors, J Boopesh Ready and Deepa Boopesh Ready, who each hold 50,000 shares and 50% of the company holdings. As the company grows, it will require financing to expand operations through acquiring plant, equipment, buildings and hiring more employees.
