• An Association is a community ... It is a family
• A special family because it has a vision and a
code of conduct.
• This kind of family do will not need energy to
give substance to its vision?

An association is irrigated in its dynamic
evolution by experience and professional
practices of all members...even “special
members!”
An association is a space of community
exchange with sociability, a space of
development for all members
…is it not also a dream space ?
Special members…in a dream space?

• A dream can be feasible or infeasible - How
about crazy dreams?
• Experience gained by senior members over
time gives them wisdom
• Boundless energy of young members lead
them to crazy dreams and funny methods
• Dynamism, fun, dreaming, aspiration,
energy,… characterize young members and
make them special members.

How to take into account the effect of fashion and
global trends in something structured, reflected ?
