WORKiTUDE is set on a mission. We envision becoming the first major outsourcing agency that has a primary focus on African talent pool.
Our platform will allow companies and individuals to have access to high quality services at half the cost on other markets.
2. Overview
Industry: Outsourcing, Freelance service & Recruitment
Target Audience: The primary target is the African talent pool, with over 50 million
Unemployed graduates and professionals, and an additional secondary target of over 30 million
Underemployed professionals.
B2C Offering: Creation of an outsourcing platform that will be used to outsource jobs to freelance
professionals.
Pain point: Africa currently has the highest number of unemployed skilled labour in the world.
Core value proposition: With a lower minimum wage and the highest level of unemployed and
underemployed skilled labour, a platform that allows these professionals to work through freelancing will be
highly patronised and utilised. Cost of service rendered will be exceedingly cheaper than other platforms.
Current status of project: Idea stage, unfunded
Ask: $30,000 in exchange for 20% equity stake in the Startup.
4. Over 50 million African skilled labor are currently unemployed. This figure is on the
rise as more professionals graduate annually with no job offers. Cost of freelance
services on available outsourcing platforms is becoming increasingly high due to
factors such as higher minimum wage in destination countries and high commissions
from service providers amongst others. Notably, the African talent pool market has
been left out of this industry. Currently, there are no existing outsourcing companies
that focuses on African talent pool in operation.
6. Africa has the lowest minimum wage per labour, compared to other continents. The
enormous nature of the unemployed and underemployed market provides a vast
talent pool that can be utilised at a cheap price. These skilled labor are willing to
provide same service provided by their counterparts in China, India and Philippines
for half the price. Hence, a platform that can be used to link available works to
freelancers will solve a multiplicity of problems.

●Designing, optimising and enhancing our website and mobile app.
$10,000 will be used to build a fully functional website and mobile app (Android/iOS) that will
serve as the core of operation. Extensive SEO will be used to ensure maximum online
presence. Most of the expenses will go into design, hosting and recruitment of team.

twitter ads. Brand endorsement by social media influencers across Africa will be used to
increase our talent pool. Also, unconventional marketing strategies such as University

summits will be organised periodically to augment the other strategies.
●Licensing, legal fees and incorporation.
Part of the invested capital will be used to license and incorporate the operations of the
startup. Legal experts will be contracted to advise on the legalities and modalities inherent to
the outsourcing industry.

●2% commission fee on both the Outsourcing company and the freelancer.
On each transaction, an Outsourcing company/individual will be levied
2% of the value of the agreed contract price. A freelancer will also be
levied 2% for the same contract. Cummulatively, the levy on a contract
will be 4%. This commission fee covers all services we provide.
●Google Adsense
