FLUID

33. Transudate fluid
 A transudate is a filtrate of blood . It is due to
increased in pressure in the vein and
capillaries .
 That forces through the vessels wall
 And low level of protein in blood serum
 Transudate accumulates in tissues outside the
blood causes edema

34. causes of transudate
 Increasing the hydrostatic pressure in vessels
 Left ventricular heart failure
 Decrease colloid oncotic pressure in blood
vessels
 Cirrhosis, [cirrhosis lead to hypoalbuminism
and decrease of colloid oncotic pressure in
plasma that causes edema ]

35. Exudates fluid
 An exudates is any fluid that filter from the
circulatory system into lesion or area of
inflammation
 It can b pus like or clear fluid when an injury
occurs leaving skin exposed ,it leaks out of
the blood vessels and into nearby tissues
 The fluid composed of serum fibrin and WBC

36. Causes of exudates
 Bacterial pneumonia
 Cancer [lung cancer, breast cancer and
lymphoma causing approximately 75percect
of all malignant pleural effusion ]
 Viral infection
 Pulmonary embolism
