Students are asked to write a 4 paragraph reflection paper answering a series of questions about their experience during the pandemic. The questions address why they did not attend class, their realizations and struggles during this time, coping mechanisms for stress relief and activities during the pandemic, and whether they would continue their studies if given the opportunity and why.

1. INTERVENTION ACTIVITY
ReflectionPaper: Students willmake a reflection paper / essay that will show
general insight by answering series of questions.
Directions: By answering “series of questions” makea four (4) part/ paragraph
essay or reflection, each paragraph musthave at least 5 sentences and maximum
of 10 sentences.
1st part - Reason(s) why areyou not attending your class.
2nd part - Realization during pandemic time and struggles encountered.
3rdpart – What are your coping mechanismas stress reliever? and activities that
made you preoccupied during this pandemic.
4thpart - If given the chance to continue your studies, will you still grab the
opportunity? Why or why not?
