Who are we?
• The Economics and Finance Society was established by aspiring
students ,at DAH university, who dream to pave the way to
marvelous success. As a society we aim to assist our members to
nurture as individuals, develop certain core values that we want to
carry into our chosen profession, including integrity, leadership,
team work, professionalism and responsibility. We aim to create an
environment in which members can develop these traits, which are
key attributes of successful business leaders.
Vision
• To create the largest platform where finance
students and professionals can grow together.
Mission
• To establish a finance society, by enhancing the
financial knowledge of members through social
and professional growth, and opportunities for
networking and experience. Motivated by a sense
of personal responsibility and commitment.

Achievements – Since we launched on Sep.18, 2014 :
• Launching event.
• Holding 3 discussion sessions where students share news articles and their
implications.
• Smart saving workshop which is the first in the SMART SERIES.
• NCB IPO, beyond the news, session.
• Banking with Hitler, documentary discussion.
• “Eat, Pray, and grow money” event which was held to support small local business
and raise funds.
• Enrolling 40 members.
