After sewing a garment , a main focus is on uncut threads . For trimming the uncut threads , Manual trimmer ( scissor ) is used mostly but auto trimmer is also invented for trimming .

Same as the Inside trimming, also during checking of the topside, the number of skipped uncut threads in
Auto-trimming is more than that of the manual trimming.
Here the only exception is the COMFORT KHAKI style.

5. Cycle Time of Inside & Topside Trimmings
The cycle time of auto trimmings is more than that of manual trimmings.
The only exception is the inside trimmings of WOOLLIKE style .

It’s not reduceable by Auto Trimmer . Manually , it has to be used

10. 1 . Thread Trimmings by Manually :
 After trimmings , the uncut threads became loose threads on the garments which have to remove away
by dust cleaning or thread sucker .
 Before & after trimmings , QC checked the number of uncut threads . In some cases , the number of
uncut threads after trimmings wasn’t acceptable with the number of uncut threads before trimmings .
2. Thread Trimmings by Automatically :
 In the garments , the operator wasn’t able to check the full garments properly. Because there are some
places (example : inside of the pocket , waist band area , hidden stitch area etc. ) that It’s not possible to
place the device of auto cutter & to cut the threads easily in that places of the garment .
 Because of vibrating auto shaver , it can’t be handled & tolerated for the long time .
 Many damages and broken stitches found in the garments because of using auto shaver .
