1) Executive Level Members Only- Membership is awarded to likeminded business professionals that posses the ability to make executive decisions, practice integrity in all aspects of business and obtain a common appreciation for technology based solutions. 2) Invitation Only- Membership is by invitation only to ensure integrity and accountability be kept at the highest standards for the sake of clients and best business practices. 3) New Member Application- All prospective members must complete the New Member Application which will later be reviewed by board members to determine the applicant’s relevance to the group. 4) Not a Lead Generation Networking Group. BizTech Roundtable focuses primarily on building long term relationships and group contribution instead of generating leads. Although many leads may arise only with permission and for the best interest of the client. 5) Non-Competitive Roundtable- Business Members industries must be non-competitive to previous members. All current members must agree on new members through and hold the right to deny applications based on discernment and group majority. Each Month client executives are able to speak at group meetings, ask questions, state concerns in an allocated slot of time. Group members are not to contact clients unless permission is given from the Executive who introduced their client to the group.6) Structured Group Meetings-Group meetings will be conducted on a bi-weekly basis with an organized agenda to ensure group conversation is utilized in a professional method to accomplish group mission and purpose.7) Attendance Required: 1 group meeting and 3 one on one.
