3. The major components of milk are water,
fat, protein, carbohydrate (lactose), and
minerals (ash).However, there are
numerous other highly important
micronutrients such as vitamins, essential
amino acids, and trace minerals. Indeed,
more than 250 chemical compounds have
been identified in milk.
4. To investigate the use of Bear Brand coffee creamer as a food for infants and the impact
on consumers of the logo of a cartoon baby bear held by its mother in the breastfeeding
position. Design: Interviews with paediatricians throughout the country and the national
survey of potential consumers regarding their perceptions and use of Bear Brand coffee
creamer. Setting: 84 randomized villages in south, central, and northern Laos. Participants:
26 Lao pediatricians and 1098 adults in households in a cluster sampling. Results: Of the
26 paediatricians, 24 said that parents “often” or “sometimes fed this product to infants as
a substitute for breast milk. In the capital city, paediatricians said that mothers used the
product when they returned to work. In the countryside, they reported that poor family
used it when the mother is ill or had die. Of 1098 adult surveyed, 96% believed that the
can contains milk: 46% believed the bear brand logo indicates that product is formulated
for feeding to infants or to replace breastmilk; 80% had not read the written warning on
the can ; and over 18% reported giving the product to their infant at a mean age of 4.7
months (95% confidence interval 4.1 to 5.3).
5. Bear Brand coffee creamer is a recognized and well distributed product in diverse parts of Laos.
Nearly half of surveyed adults believe that the cartoon logo on the can means that the
product is “good for infants” or “a replacement for breast milk” Nearly a fifth of parents had
given the product to their young infants. Paediatricians confirmed that parents use this product
as a substitute for breast feeding.
Nearly half of respondents did not notice the written warning on the label or the picture of a
baby’s bottle with a cross through it. Some(12%) did not understand the meaning of the cross
through the bottle. The cartoon bear and her cub seem to provide the most salient
misinformation, and the warnings on the label are inadequate to ensure safe and appropriate
use of this product. The data suggest that the image of the Bear Brand misleads parents, who
believe the coffee creamer is a suitable food for babies.
6. The race to become a brand that people love rather than live with has made costumer
experience a top priority. It’s important for businesses to meet ever-evolving expectations,
especially since 73% of consumers say costumer experience influences their brand loyalty.
The real challenge is to get costumers to open up. When 51% of costumers switch brands after
just one bad experience, and 91% of unhappy costumers switch without complaining,
businesses can’t afford to take costumer feedback granted.
7. It’s no surprise that CX budgets are estimated to reach $640 billion by 2022.
Businesses invest in building dedicated teams that carve out market
segments and create buyer person as to make the brand more relatable to
consumers.
Feedback is more than response forms and surveys. It includes emails,
support calls, online reviews, forum discussions, and social media
comments. We can sort these Voice of the Costumer (VoC) data sources
into three buckets: direct feedback, indirect feedback, and inferred
feedback.
8. Bear markets are largely pessimistic ones, so profits can
be realized from short-selling and selling investments
early in the bear market. They can also come from
buying at the bottom of the bear market or a buy and
hold strategy, where traders and investors simply wait
out the bear market and ride the price rally up.
9. If I were release the bearbrand product again, the
changes are I will add more nutrients in product so
that this product will be heathy and nutritious and
delicious but I will never change the name because
this is so unique and that are the changes of
bearbrand milk.
