2. Description:
Checking for geometrical errors.
Simplifying the geometry, wherever required based on the analysis requirements.
Clearing the topo and meshing as per the meshing guidelines.
Assembling the required component.
Checking for quality (skewness 0.6)
Checking for intersection proximity.
Checking for necessary volumes.
FE Modeling of Plastic components using ANSA
Door Trim, Glove Box, Front Bumper & Pillar Trims.
The basic requirement of the above project is to build FE model with flow through mesh for analysis.
The CAD geometry of the model is imported into specified format.
Defining the meshing parameters as per client requirements.
Generate the mid- surface for meshing.
Geometry clean up like Cracks, Needle faces, Collapsed cons & Unchecked faces.
Finite element is built using shell mesh.
A Quality check is performed on the mesh for Quality criteria like Jacobian, Warpage, Skewness,
Aspect ratio etc

Floor panel, Body side outer, A Pillar and B Pillar

Main Project Title: Speed Breakers Power Generation System.
Description: In this System the mechanical energy is converted into electrical energy by the Mangle rack
and pinion arrangement. Assuming 200 kg weight to be applied once on the speed bump 3.27 watts of
electrical power will be generated. This Electrical energy is sufficient to glow the street lights at the night
time and also to lighten up the sign boards.
3. Mini Project Title: Optimization of Volumetric Efficiency in Screw Compressor.
At Ultra Tech Cement Limited, A.P. Cement Works, Tadipatri.
Description: The main aim of our project is to implement Energy Conservation activities and reduce the
maintenance cost by replacing the compressor parts with new rotors, airfilters, oil separator and
lubrication oil with which the cost of power consumption is reduced for the production of Compressed
Air.

Presented a Technical paper on “Performance and Exhaust Gas Analysis of a Single Cylinder
Diesel Engine Using HHO Gas (Brown's Gas)” at Periyar Maniamai college, Thanjavur on 27th
September 2013& received Punjab National Award at 16th ISTE Students National Annual
Convention.
Presented a Technical paper on “Dual Fuel Six Stroke Diesel Engine” at JNTU Pulivendula.
Presented Technical paper on “Radio Frequency Identification” at “ELECTRONICA-2K13”, a
National level Technical held at GPRE, Kurnool.
