2. The Student Leadership Academy (SLA) is
an Education and Character Development
organization for students and youth throughout
Indonesia to develop their potential and relation
that are beneficial and have a social impact on
their surrounding environment.
The Student Leadership Academy is also involved in
developing the potential of youth or students to achieve
increased academic abilities, global insight, character and
social spirit in order to create quality leaders for the nation in
the future.

3. In carrying out its action activities , SLA is committed to being able to provide
broad benefits to stakeholders with several values ​​and principles including:
1. Provide a forum for self-actualization through a collaboration-synergy system
between youth and the community in the form of social-charity activities.
2. Organizing self-development programs on a local, national and international
scale for Indonesian students/youth from various backgrounds to give each other
and disseminate benefits to the wider community.
3. Connecting Indonesian youth in a thematic discussion forum that leads to
innovation and solutions to social problems that exist in the community.

4. Future leader exchange is an activity project to hone
youth leadership as well as an event to add insight and
network of young leaders from outside Indonesia
through work programs that will collaborate with
several agencies or institutions in the local country.
This activity is planned to be held
on 20-29 October 2021 in Istanbul, Turkey.

5. The objectives of the Future Leader Exchange
activity are:
• 1. Develop the spirit and quality of leadership in various case
studies and train the spirit of teamwork.
• 2. Bringing together the best Indonesian youth from various
disciplines to collaborate and synergize in honing the spirit
of leadership and learning to gain global knowledge and
insight.
• 3. Explore and provide information about educational
studies and hone the spirit of independence and survival in
foreign countries

6. FUTURE LEADER EXCHANGE DELEGATION
Indonesian Youth aged 17-30 years who have good
interpersonal skills, communication and team work skills that have
been selected strictly and objectively by considering their
character, abilities, talents, achievements, organizational
experience, ability to write scientific essays and their social impact
have for society.
The selected Future Leader Exchange delegates have been
selected in 3 stages of selection, namely: administrative selection,
scientific writing ability and motivation letter selection, as well as
video and interview making selection.

8. LEADERSHIP FORUM WITH PPI ISTANBUL
•The Future Leader Exchange delegation will hold a leadership forum with PPI
Istanbul by getting to know each other and discussing Turkey and Indonesia
•The Future Leader Exchange delegation will listen to presentations and
introductions related to PPI, Studying in Turkey, Life experiences in Turkey, how
to register for college in Turkey, how to get scholarships to study in Turkey from
PPI Istanbul representatives.
•The Future Leader Exchange delegation will exchange contacts with PPI
Istanbul and conduct leadership collaborations for initial activities while in
Turkey

9. ISTANBUL CAMPUS VISIT
The Future Leader Exchange delegation will conduct a
campus tour to visit several campuses in the Istanbul
area, namely:
•- Istanbul University
•- Istanbul Zaim University
•- Marmara University
Future Leader Exchange delegates can learn about the
lecture system in Turkey, Explore the buildings and
education system in Turkey.

10. BURSA TRIP
• The Future Leader Exchange delegation will visit the Asia-Turkey region using a
ferry and conduct an Academic Field Trip by visiting and seeing Eternal Snow at
Uludag Mountain, Bursa, Turkey
• Future Leader Exchange delegates can learn and explore the Asian region of
Turkey, both in terms of population, culture, and natural scenery.

11. ISTANBUL TOUR
• The Future Leader Exchange delegation will discuss various historical places and
tourist attractions in Istanbul Turkey, namely:
• Haghia Sophia
• Blue mosque
• Fatih camii (Tomb of Muhammad Al Fatih)
• Eyup camii (Tomb of Abu Ayub Al Ansari)
• Taksim square
• Galata tower
• Bosphorus
• Dolmabache (The last caliph)
• Constantinople Fortress
• Rumeli hisari

12. ACADEMIC VISIT AND CONFERENCE TO TUGVA
The Future Leader Exchange
delegation will visit TUGVA to get
to know more about TUGVA
through a Tour Building Visit, and
conduct presentations and youth
exchanges related to Indonesian
and Turkish culture.

14. CONFERENCE
The Future Leader Exchange Delegation will make a presentation on
the scientific paper they made with the theme:
"The Contribution of Youth as Agents of Change in Facing the Covid-
19 Pandemic “
•Each participant will present their scientific paper in 5-7 minutes
using English
•After the entire series of conferences is complete, there will be
feedback, input and suggestions from the jury
•The best participants in presenting their ideas and making scientific
papers will get the title: Best Paper and Best Speaker as an
appreciation which will be held at the Awarding Session.
•All papers that the delegates make will be combined into a
collection of essays or published in other online print media.

15. AWARDING AND FAREWELL PARTY
• The Best 3 Future Leaders Delegates will be selected to get 3 awards:
Best Speaker, Best Delegate, and Best Paper
• The Future Leader Exchange delegation took part in a farewell session, sharing
experiences, testimony sessions and collecting the last assignment before
returning to Indonesia while commemorating the Indonesian Youth Pledge Day in
Turkey.
