Look at the Action for Happiness Calendar for April – choose at least two actions to do, you can email Mrs
Barber and Mrs Groat to let us know which actions you chose and why.
Begin a log of your physical activity – remember you are aiming for at least an hour a day!! This log should
be done in your Onedrive and shared with Mrs Barber and Mrs Groat to let us know how you are getting
on.
