  1. We have a wide range of technical and strategic expertise. These are a few of the areas we’re currently active in.
  2. Cetis has a wide range of clients right across the education sector, both nationally and internationally. These are just a few of the organisations we work with.
  3. Scottish institutions and colleges are able to access resources produced through UKOER, but were not able to bid for project funding. As a result open practice is arguably less well embedded in Scottish education than south of the border.

  5. We also discussed the potential development of an Open Declaration for Scotland. There was general agreement that the Paris declaration was a good thing, but too limited in scope and that any Scottish declaration should focus on education more widely.
  6. Progress has been rather slower than we might have hoped since June, but the open education agenda as started gaining momentum again over the last few months.
