This document outlines the goals, roles, responsibilities, safety procedures, and execution steps for a promotional event campaign. The goals are to generate brand awareness, educate consumers, and increase traffic to the brand's website. Roles include a Team Leader who manages the event and models. Models are responsible for distributing materials, taking photos, and following safety procedures by staying together. Event execution involves models placing flyers and business cards at locations, taking photos holding materials, and discussing brand messages with patrons. Proper documentation and reviews are completed at the end of each event.

2. Roles and Responsibilities
Team Leader
Ongoing communication with team members leading up to event
Ensure all your team members have the proper uniform
Ensure models sign proper receipts for uniforms
Track event details such as venues/events attended, consumer reaction
Maintain professional working relationship with venue staff (managers, bartenders, wait staff)
Be knowledgeable about the key messages being delivered to consumers
Responsible handling of event materials (flyers, cards, ect)
Plan meeting location prior to event (office ect) and access to the area
Closely manage event materials and ensure proper inventory management for entire promotion
Ensure that a minimum of 4 photos are taken at each event/venue and they are properly
compiled at the end of each event
Arrive early (along with models) to review event details, do uniform checks ect.
Inform the booking manager of any no-shows, cancellations or shift swaps
Send payroll information to booking manager within 24 hrs of event completion
Document recommendations for improvement and sustainment for conducting future events
Maintain any items obtained from the promotion (business cards ect)
Be aware of and plan for age restrictions at venues/events

Promotional Model
Ongoing communication with Team Leader
Maintain professional working relationship with venue staff (bouncers, managers, bar tenders,
waitresses)
Be knowledgeable about the key messages being delivered to consumers
Responsible handling of event materials (flyers, cards, ect)
Maintain a clean uniform and professional appearance
Take event photos as directed by Team Leader
Arrive to all events at the designated location, time and in the proper attire
Any cancellations or switching of shifts must be communicated with Team Leader (Be aware of the
“1 Strike” policy)
4. Safety
Stay together!!!
A model should never be alone. EVER. Always
go in a pair
Keep track of time and meet at the proper
areas
Maintain identification on your person at all
times
Keep track of your personal items
Ensure you have team leader and all the team
members contact information
5. Event Execution
Taking Pictures-
They all have to be clear and well lit
No competing brand merchandise in pictures
Take pictures with employees and other patrons wearing branded uniforms.
Always be holding any giveaways up while taking the picture (flyer or card)
Don’t cover your body. Hold flyer/card up to your shoulder area so you can see your face and the
SociaLIFE.us logo
Ensure models are showcased and the SociaLIFE.us logos can be seen
Take at least 4 different pictures at each venue/event.
The goal is to get photos showing SociaLIFE.us models posting specific flyers at specific locations. The
client needs to be able to see that SociaLIFE.us posted their flyer at a specific location. You CAN NOT
have competing merchandise in the pics.
6. Event Execution Cont.Hotel Concierges-
Team Leader will introduce the models to the concierge and ask if flyer can be placed at their
desk
Models will place flyers at concierge desk
Team leader will obtain a concierge business card
Models will take pictures at the concierge desk holding the flyer (Ensure you can see the flyer,
and the SociaLIFE.us logo and brand message)
If possible, models will take pictures next to venue branded items (signage ect) along with the
flyer
Leave SociaLIFE.us cards at concierge
Other locations (restaurants ect.)-
Team leader will introduce the models to the manager and explain the purpose of the visit and
ask where they can distribute flyers
Models will place flyers at approved areas
Team leader will obtain a business card
Models will take pictures at the location holding the flyer (Ensure you can see the flyer, and the
SociaLIFE.us logo and brand message)
If possible, models will take pictures next to venue branded items (signage ect) along with the
flyer
Leave SociaLIFE.us cards along with flyers
7. Event Execution Cont.
Nightlife (21+)
Communicate key talking points/brand message to consumers
Engage with consumers and pass our promotional materials
Take photos
Talk with wait staff and bartenders to educate them on the promotion
Meet Team Leader at proper time and location in order to travel to the next event
Nightlife (under 21)
Stay within the area the Team Leader designates
Communicate key talking points/brand message to consumers
Engage with consumers and pass our promotional materials
Take photos
Conclusion of event
Team leader meets with all models (at designated location) and reviews pictures, payroll info and
receipts for completeness and accuracy
Models are released upon the Team Leaders approval
