• The professional fees are to be paid 100% in advance.
• All payments to be made by cheque in the name of Liberation Coaches Pvt.
Ltd.
• Service tax @ prevailing rates is applicable
• Travel, lodging & boarding for locations outside Mumbai has to be arranged by
the esteemed client
• Dates once booked can only be cancelled with mutual consent and with a
notice period of 30 days
• LCPL reserves the right to appoint Trainers/ Consultants/ Coaches to execute
the Liberation 3-E Program
• All incidental expenses will be reimbursed at actuals by Beauti Art on
presentation of the bills.
• LCPL reserves the right to modify the framework of the Liberation 3-E Program
for more effectiveness.
