3. Mood Boards Of Colour Schemes and Font
The Colours i have selected are basic but adds definition to the fanzine i want
to create. The reds will help add danger to the fanzine, which links to the
crime theme. The basic dull colours, will help add colour to more serious
matters in the fanzine. I have thought about what colours i would use in the
graphics too, this is why I've included greens and purples. This is because it
can be scenery of where evidence is found to editing graphics on the actual
killers. This is why I've included skin colour tones with blues and greens.
The fonts i have chosen for this fanzine consist of type
write styled writing and some distorted texts. The type
writing style will work well with case study and writing
basic information. This is because its simple and written
as if its a report. It also has a old fashion style to it, which
expresses a home made feel to the fanzine. The distorted
text adds mystery, which links in with the fanzine being
crime.

4. Inspirations For Fanzine:
These image have inspired me to look at different ways of
presenting a crime. The first image with the red and black, is
gruesome which reflects who Jeffrey Dahmer was as a killer. The
colour choice is bold which makes the overall image stand out
compared to the others. The second image consists of a coffee
stained looking poster. This is effect with including weapons and
blood splatters. This would be a interesting concept to include on
the front cover. This is because its simple but effect. It makes the
reader want to look more into this killer, which is what i want to
achieve with my fanzine.
The images to your left are a interesting concept of Jeffrey Dahmer.
The style used here is black and white which adds realism to the
posters. The image furthest to the left reflects dammer as a killer. It
shows how perverted he is and shows how he used to murder his
victims. This shows that Jeffrey took pride in his work and had no
remorse. The photo on the right shows Dahmer having different
faces. It included weapons he used to murder his victims. Both these
photos are shown in sketches. These would be a interesting concept
to include in my fanzine because it reflects different views on the
killer.

11. Production schedule:
Week 1 Within the first week of production I will complete creating the graphics
that need completing. This will include the front cover mainly.
I’ll create:
- Weapons
- Blood
- Jeffery Dahmer
Week 2 Within the second week of production I will start to develop my
typography for the text I will be including in my Fanzine. This will then be
positioned ready for the graphics to be included.
Week 3 Within the third week of production I will have positioned everything
correctly in my fanzine. This will allow me to see if I need to create any
more graphics.
