5.  Interviews to be recorded on camera by Liat and

 Edited and then posted on YouTube by the
beginning on January
 Surveys created on Survey-Monkey to go live via
Facebook and survey questions to be used for video
interviews too.
 Facebook group created for group to communicate
 YouTube account created to post videos
 We were thinking of creating a website for The
Depot group to post our final thriller

We have started to work on the company
logo, brainstorming ideas but we decided
to leave it till after we have filmed.

9. What will we need?
- 1x HD Camera (New)
- 1x Standard Camera (Old)
- 1x Dolly
- 2x Tripod – 1 dolly mountable
- 1x 5m high tripod
- 1x Camera Adaptor for 5m tripod
- 2x Red Heads
- 3x Torches
- 1x extension cable (Joel)
- 1x Clipboard (Ryan)
- Shock a/v to supply flash gun lights
- X2 mini track and fur length microphones

proper liquid latex make-up
 We might bring blood along with us on the
day and use it (Maybe)

 Risk Assesment
- Buses moving around so everyone needs to be
aware and wear reflective jackets
- poor lighting must take care when walking around
- Machinery industrial can not be touched or
played with
- Don’t enter other buses we are not involved with,
only the ones we are filming in
- it could rain and be wet
- we will be supervised by depot manager Steve

15.  There will be a code of conduct and
requirements that we must follow when filming at
sullivan buses.
 Once we arrive, we will not be able to start
filming until 17:30 at the earliest, as this is when
the last bus enters the depot. The reason for this
is that we will be working in a fully functioning
and operating bus yard.
 All personnel on-site must wear safety reflective
vests at all times whilst on site. These will be
supplied upon arrival.

16.  Should buy a sandwich at school to bring

 There is a vending machine so bring

 There is also a small canteen however not
sure on the opening times and there also
might not be enough time

17.  We will be travelling on the b78 from jfs to
the depot
 Travel cost of the bus ride will be £2.30
each
 Will be taking equipment on the school
bus, the bus driver knows about this.
