2. Homestyle Projects undertake
projects on behalf of architects,
design studios and developersto
manufacture and install bespoke
fitted furniture.
Homestyle Projects offer an end- to-
end solution which includes strip-
out, electrical, plumbing, tiling,
installation and decorations.

furniture for board rooms and stately

include installation, electrical and

5. 1ES Group have been retained by
several hotel chains and corporate
clients to undertake refurbishment
projects.
Premier Inns, Morgans Hotel Group
and Travel Lodges are a few of the
hotel chains that make use of our
services.
We have also undertaken projects for
large restaurants such as “The 101 “
(Gordon Ramsay) at the Sheraton
Hotel, Festival Hall (Conrad) on the
South Bank and the Suka Restaurant
at the Sanderson Hotel.

6. PEAK HEALTH CLUB
JUMIERA CARLTON TOWERS
1ES Group were contracted to design,
manufacture and install new fitted
furniture for the Peak Health Club.
This is a facility within a 5 star hotel
that remained operational during the
refurbishment works.
1ES Group works included:
Cherry timber with black corian
work top wash stand units in the
indoor swimming pool change
rooms
Various oak units in the beauty and
massage treatment rooms

7. As part of this project 1ES Group
was to refurbish/replace the bar
with a new Ash timber bar. This was
completed in 3 days.
The project consisted of :
•stripping out the existing bar
•Breaking down existing curved
back bar wall
•Building new stud walls and
plaster
•Install the bar pre-manufacturedin
our workshops
•Install the electric power and
lighting

8. BAR & RESTAURANT
REFURBISHMENT
As part of this project 1ES Group was
to refurbish the restaurant and bar.
This was completed in 10 days.
The project consisted of :
•Strip out of areas
•Construction of a new dividing
wall
•New electrical power and lighting
•Install timber flooring
•Manufacture and install
•Low-level timber and
glass screens
•Coffee and hot buffet units
•Meet and greet till stations

9. 1ES Group was to refurbish the
restaurant and replace the bar. This
was completed in 7 days.
This project consisted of :
•stripping out the existing bar
•Removing existing timber and
glass partition wall
•Replace sections of the ceiling
•Install the bar pre-manufacturedin
our workshops
•Supply and install meet-and-greet till
stations
•Install the electric power and
lighting
•Install timber flooring and floor
tiles

10. Premier Inn - Leeds
Low-level timber and glass screen and
bow-fronted meet-and-greettill
station
Premier Inn – M4-J4 (Heathrow)
Coffee buffet unit, glazed partition
wall and meet-and-greet till station

11. 1ES Group undertook projects to
strip out, re-instate and refurbish
several hotels and restaurants for
Whitbread PLC which were
damaged in the floods of 2007.
These included; Premier
Inn – Sheffield
(Meadowhall)
Premier Inn - Gloucester(Longford)
Premier Inn - Gloucester(Tigworth)
Beefeater - Gloucester (Longford)
