A leader is someone who inspires passion and motivation in followers.
A leader is someone with a vision and the path to realizing it.
A good leader has personality, courage, clear vision with ambition to succeed.
A good leader encourages the team to perform to their optimum all the time
and drives organisational success.

National
• Harold is now at the University of the West
Indies, Mona
• He is the President of the Guild of Students.
• He also volunteers and serves a National
Peace Ambassador.
• He leads a number of national and local
projects.
• Was recognized for his contribution to
development and leadership.
Regional
• Serving on the UWI Guild.
• Elected to Lead the CARICOM Youth Education
Council.
• Serves as an Ambassador on the Regional Youth
Engagement Committee.
• Speaks at Regional Events.
International
• Harold now serves as Chairman of the Policy
and Inclusion Committee of the
Commonwealth Youth Council (54 States).
• Won the Queen’s International Essay
Competition.
• Received the Chevening Scholarship.
• Writes for the Economist and the New York
Times as a Junior Intern.
