workouts. This original formula has now been translated into and exciting new fitness classes in wide range of
different environments, a new training system to provide a dynamic , energetic, whole body workout with new
kettlebells movements, designed to get clients fitter and faster, and in a fun environment.

The certified training course, and the instructor manual book has been developed to provide the necessary
techniques, skills, and information to assist and support learners in implementing kettleblast training system within
your gym club, studio and clients as key feature in the retention and membership strategy interaction. and benefits
of kettleblast, but very important it includes a step by step guides on how you can effectively engage in a class with
your class members and clients to accelerate their results, and safely help achieve their goals quick and effective.

Instructor Training Course
Welcome to the Training Course and congratulations for all successfully completing the Theory Questionnaire supporting educational material.
This course is a one day practical coaching training component and will prepare and assist you to deliver a fantastic kettleblast training system, one to
one and group exercises classes.
• Kettleblast instructor training mission statement:
Kettleblast Training System is committed to provide training and education that enables the learners to develop their knowledge and skills in order to
offer greater service and results to their clients, and group class participants.
• Kettleblast instructor training aims and objectives:
Kettleblast Training System Continued Professional Development (CPD) training course aims to provide learners with up-to-date knowledge and skills
training, giving each learner the opportunity to develop their professional skills, and become recognised world class fitness instructor.
Learners will:
• Receive detailed and timely information in relation to the aims, outcomes, content, assessment, resources and timetable of the training day.
• Receive a kettleblast Training instructor instructing Manual to augment the training day and to help contribute to the knowledge and skills of the
learner
• Receive feedback in relation to their skills and knowledge as a result of attending the training one day course.
• Participate in endorsed CPD training course that is designed to contribute to their professional development.
• Have the opportunity to comment and evaluate the training programme.
• Have the opportunity to identify any specific learning needs and be assured that their learning needs will be accommodated to the best of our ability
and resources.
Aims & Objective
To become a Certified World Class and Recognised Kettleblast Instructor
Learners will discover:
• How each of your kettleblast classes will look and feel.
• How to use kettleblast music to support class delivery.
• How the Kettleblast warm-up, the main section , and cool-down are structured.
• The purpose and reasoning behind each phase of the class, and scientific understanding Kettleblast exercise form.
• How to teach effective coaching skills to enhance kettleblast class delivery.
• How to prepare and successfully complete Kettleblast Instructor summative assessment
• Very important once you are enrol in the training course take time to look through the supporting manual instruction book to best help prepare you for the practical
Kettleblast course training day.
The main objectives of Kettleblast Instructor Training Course: by the end of the course learners should be able to:
• Identify information which needs to be gathered prior to a session
• Identify appropriate screening methods, these should include visual, verbal and written
• Explain the procedures of informed consent
• Identify the purpose of duty care and REPs code of ethics
• Explain the procedures for medical clearance, PAR-Q
• Explain the importance of maintaining confidentiality and data protection
• Identify when to defer or refer a client to other professionals
• Discuss the planning requirements for each component, session and module.
• Produce safe and effective class training session.
Kettleblast Training Main
Goals
Main objective and goals:
• Learn and understand the important guideline for effective fitness class.
• Learn and understand the form and program class design.
• Learn and understand, movements, drills, techniques and important key teaching points.
• Learn and understand health and safety consideration in the class process.
• Learn and understand safe and effective integration into current form, systems and programs.
kettleblast Instructor Training Course Training Day:
• Before We recommend you complete and signed the pre-course Learner students support pack and study before attending the training day .
• Read the Instructor Training Course Manual book to familiarise yourself with the training and assessment requirements
• Complete the Pre-Exercise Questionnaire and Informed Consent form before the workshop, which is included within the Instructor Training Course
manual book, and hand it to the assessor and tutor on the training day.
Bring the following with you on the training day:
• Appropriate workout clothing and shoes (2 sets of workout training clothes is recommended)
• Instructor Training Kettleblast Manual Book
• Learns students welcome pack form signed, and a Proof of ID.
The details of how to get the venue will be included in the Training Day confirmation email which is sent prior to the training day course.

Kettleblast Instructor Training
Course Structure
This course must be completed successfully in order for you to become a kettleblast Instructor.
• Theory Requirement:
Kettleblast Instructor Training Course Introduction: You will read through this, the manual, theory module and then complete the
self-assessment questionnaire worksheet at the end. A pass rate of at least 80% is required. You have to bring the manual and
take it with you to the training day.
• kettleblast Instructor Training Day:
For this blended learning option you will attend a one-day training course during which you will perform a practical assessment.
You will receive the results of your practical assessment on this day, however these results may take up to 28 days to be entered
into the system.
Once the above-mentioned modules have been completed successfully, we will be sent your Certificate approximately 28 days
from the date of the training day you attended. At this time you will also be given access to music and videos for your first
kettleblast class update.
As part of your enrolment, you are provided with a fabulous FREE Cuban Cardio Kettleblast DVD, a kettlebell and t-shirt. To
receive, you must complete the form and submit it at least 15 days prior to the training day.
Kettleblast Instructor Training
Course
Once you are enrolled on the blended learning option of kettleblast Instructor Training Course. This requires you to
study plus a one-day training day. The training day may also be referred to as a training instructor and assessment
day. Both terms are interchangeable and refer to the practical day you will attend and at which you perform your
practical assessment to be evaluated, rich the final criteria and pass to received your recognised Certificated.
The process for completing the blended learning option is as follows:
• Read, study, complete and pass theory content and self-assessment questionnaires worksheets.
• Attend the training day and pass the practical assessment.
• Allow up to 14 days for your results to be registered into the system and then you will be sent your Certificate.
The training course features numerous drills and activities designed to familiarise you with the programme as a
whole, the exercises and variations, progression, the class session workout, health and safety and more. It is also
a great opportunity to develop your skills, experience and knowledge to share with others instructors.

  • 4. Instructor Training Course Welcome to the Training Course and congratulations for all successfully completing the Theory Questionnaire supporting educational material. This course is a one day practical coaching training component and will prepare and assist you to deliver a fantastic kettleblast training system, one to one and group exercises classes. • Kettleblast instructor training mission statement: Kettleblast Training System is committed to provide training and education that enables the learners to develop their knowledge and skills in order to offer greater service and results to their clients, and group class participants. • Kettleblast instructor training aims and objectives: Kettleblast Training System Continued Professional Development (CPD) training course aims to provide learners with up-to-date knowledge and skills training, giving each learner the opportunity to develop their professional skills, and become recognised world class fitness instructor. Learners will: • Receive detailed and timely information in relation to the aims, outcomes, content, assessment, resources and timetable of the training day. • Receive a kettleblast Training instructor instructing Manual to augment the training day and to help contribute to the knowledge and skills of the learner • Receive feedback in relation to their skills and knowledge as a result of attending the training one day course. • Participate in endorsed CPD training course that is designed to contribute to their professional development. • Have the opportunity to comment and evaluate the training programme. • Have the opportunity to identify any specific learning needs and be assured that their learning needs will be accommodated to the best of our ability and resources.
  • 5. Aims & Objective To become a Certified World Class and Recognised Kettleblast Instructor Learners will discover: • How each of your kettleblast classes will look and feel. • How to use kettleblast music to support class delivery. • How the Kettleblast warm-up, the main section , and cool-down are structured. • The purpose and reasoning behind each phase of the class, and scientific understanding Kettleblast exercise form. • How to teach effective coaching skills to enhance kettleblast class delivery. • How to prepare and successfully complete Kettleblast Instructor summative assessment • Very important once you are enrol in the training course take time to look through the supporting manual instruction book to best help prepare you for the practical Kettleblast course training day. The main objectives of Kettleblast Instructor Training Course: by the end of the course learners should be able to: • Identify information which needs to be gathered prior to a session • Identify appropriate screening methods, these should include visual, verbal and written • Explain the procedures of informed consent • Identify the purpose of duty care and REPs code of ethics • Explain the procedures for medical clearance, PAR-Q • Explain the importance of maintaining confidentiality and data protection • Identify when to defer or refer a client to other professionals • Discuss the planning requirements for each component, session and module. • Produce safe and effective class training session.

Kettleblast Training Main Goals Main objective and goals: • Learn and understand the important guideline for effective fitness class. • Learn and understand the form and program class design. • Learn and understand, movements, drills, techniques and important key teaching points. • Learn and understand health and safety consideration in the class process. • Learn and understand safe and effective integration into current form, systems and programs. kettleblast Instructor Training Course Training Day: • Before We recommend you complete and signed the pre-course Learner students support pack and study before attending the training day . • Read the Instructor Training Course Manual book to familiarise yourself with the training and assessment requirements • Complete the Pre-Exercise Questionnaire and Informed Consent form before the workshop, which is included within the Instructor Training Course manual book, and hand it to the assessor and tutor on the training day. Bring the following with you on the training day: • Appropriate workout clothing and shoes (2 sets of workout training clothes is recommended) • Instructor Training Kettleblast Manual Book • Learns students welcome pack form signed, and a Proof of ID. The details of how to get the venue will be included in the Training Day confirmation email which is sent prior to the training day course. Kettleblast Instructor Training Course Structure This course must be completed successfully in order for you to become a kettleblast Instructor. • Theory Requirement: Kettleblast Instructor Training Course Introduction: You will read through this, the manual, theory module and then complete the self-assessment questionnaire worksheet at the end. A pass rate of at least 80% is required. You have to bring the manual and take it with you to the training day. • kettleblast Instructor Training Day: For this blended learning option you will attend a one-day training course during which you will perform a practical assessment. You will receive the results of your practical assessment on this day, however these results may take up to 28 days to be entered into the system. Once the above-mentioned modules have been completed successfully, we will be sent your Certificate approximately 28 days from the date of the training day you attended. At this time you will also be given access to music and videos for your first kettleblast class update. As part of your enrolment, you are provided with a fabulous FREE Cuban Cardio Kettleblast DVD, a kettlebell and t-shirt. To receive, you must complete the form and submit it at least 15 days prior to the training day.
  • 8. Kettleblast Instructor Training Course Once you are enrolled on the blended learning option of kettleblast Instructor Training Course. This requires you to study plus a one-day training day. The training day may also be referred to as a training instructor and assessment day. Both terms are interchangeable and refer to the practical day you will attend and at which you perform your practical assessment to be evaluated, rich the final criteria and pass to received your recognised Certificated. The process for completing the blended learning option is as follows: • Read, study, complete and pass theory content and self-assessment questionnaires worksheets. • Attend the training day and pass the practical assessment. • Allow up to 14 days for your results to be registered into the system and then you will be sent your Certificate. The training course features numerous drills and activities designed to familiarise you with the programme as a whole, the exercises and variations, progression, the class session workout, health and safety and more. It is also a great opportunity to develop your skills, experience and knowledge to share with others instructors.
