Writing documentation on process of alloy development by co-sputtering
Characterization of the deposited alloys by co-sputtering or simple sputtering from one alloy target:
thickness non uniformity and composition concentration as well non uniformity
Develop process flow on PVD tool to obtain functional thin film materials for PCM applications and
to be used in qualifying tests of the AMAT tools as sputtering tools
Continually improving process and hardware of the tool
Co-sputtering PVD chamber development with Engineering division SCLA:
Co-sputtering chamber development
Process development of alloys (binary and ternary) using co-sputtering technique.
Characterization of the alloys obtained by co-sputtering: thickness and composition
