MOTIVATION
The focuses of my knowledge and expertise lies many years research and development in
the field of solid state physics mainly semiconductor thin film technology and
optoelectronic device based on organic and inorganic semiconductor materials and
components. I am motivated to research and development in materials science and
engineering to meet the needs of industry and academia, where a broad spectrum of
activities are covered, ranging from fundamental understandings to industrial technology
transfer.
