  1. Images allow you to talk about a subject without the audience getting lost in reading. They are a nice mental break allowing your audience to focus on you and your message.
  2. Anyone who works with technical documentation knows how critical the review process is for a quality product. We’ve been doing these reviews for years. They’re done for all HPE products. They typically cover an entire document or deliverable. And focus primarily on technical accuracy, but formatting and feedback on look and feel is commonly provided, too. Small improvements have been made over time, but the core process remains the same. Reviews can be lengthy, and often involve any number of emails, multiple versions of marked-up text from a variety of reviewers and internal experts. For the writers, updates mean tedious back and forth between the commented content, which is usually in PDF, and the source content, which is in a yet another tool. And if reviewer comments include technical information that needs to be added to the source, that can also mean laborious error-prone copy-paste actions that can jeopardize quality.
