The Special Projects Group
consists of a dynamic team
of professionals positioned
to navigate owners, bankers,
lawyers and portfolio inves-
tors through the challeng-
ing process of foreclosures
and workouts. By evaluating
properties and crafting solu-
tions, properties return to
profitability in a timely man-
ner. Whether the focus is to
provide tenant improvement,
renovation, finish construction on an abandoned proj-
ect or to retrofit nonsustainable systems using LEED®
processes, Sahara offers expertise and leadership.
