I am an accomplished project coordinator and execution operations professional, empowered with 4 decades of extensive experience
in Administration,ProjectExecution, Operations and Maintenance. Enriched with over 12 years of association with M/s RRB Energy Ltd.
as Senior Manager Operations for handling Procurement of Land, Designing, Erection, Testing, Commissioning, Operation &
Maintenance of Wind Turbines and over 33 years servicewith Indian Army’s Corps of Signals,Technical and Administrative Staff Stream
– responsible for handling General Administration functions including Asset Management, Facilities Management, and Infrastructure
Management.
During all these years of my career I have acquired dexterity in Wind Turbine technology including installation, maintenance and
implementation of cost savingtechniques and measures coupled with suitable modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M
expenditures and project working budgets. I also demonstrated outstanding interpersonal skills in handling procurement of land,
Registration, signing of PPA, erection, commissioning & testing of 600 KW Turbines & 33KV LT power lines as norms of SEB and
successfully carried out Erection, Commissioning & Testing of 600 KW Turbines & 33KV LT power lines as technically specified by the
SEB’s.
Recognized for efficiently Testing, Commissioning and Maintaining 33KV lines and accurately handling Operation & Maintenance of
Power Distribution equipment like HV, LV Switchgear including CT/PT lightning protecti on, earthing systems and the maintenance &
operation of the various support electrical equipment and ancillaries for Wind Turbine Systems.
In addition to this,I am also a disciplined, optimistic and hard working professional, who is committed towards providing quality and

Purview my overall roleand responsibilities includes spearheadingprojectplanningcoveringschedulingthe activities,updatingactual
progress,analyzingvariance,forecastingweekly & monthly resourcerequirements etc., executing costsavingtechniques/measures &
modifications to achieve substantial reduction in installation expenditures/achieve gross margin targets, formulating install ation
budgets & conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective
actions.EnsureTurbine maintenance as per manuals,processingrequired statuary documents relatingto installation of wind turbines
and runningthe sitesmoothly, participatingin meetings & conferences at state level relatingto Wind Power/Administrative nature at
all levels and handlingcrawler & tyre mounted cranes havingtelescopic & lattice booms of various lifting capacities varying from 20
Ton to 450 Ton.
I am also involved in planning detailed engineering activities such as operation, maintenance, trouble shooting of HT & LT Lines,
design layout of various electrical equipment controllers of wind turbines, erection, testing & commissioning and maintenance of
33KV lines, installation, testing & commissioning and operation & maintenance of power distribution equipment like HV, LV
Switchgear includingCT/PTlightningprotection, earthingsystem, etc., provisioningCranes for erections, Transport & Management of
funds, site activities includes project planning for total number of WEG to be installed.
Apart from all this, I have also played a key role in selecting of suitable sites/land for Installation of Wind Turbines and getting the
land allotted/procured in Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu and successfully carried out Erection, Commissioning & Testing of 600 KW
Turbines & 33KV LT power lines as technically specified by the SEB’s. Displayed reliable dedication in handling procurement o f land,

and created the new organization for the Headquarters. Efficiently managed selection of manpower on the basis of interviews &
scrutiny of confidential documents and precise assessment of requirement of men material and equipment, Identification of
deficiencies and follow-up action to makeup such deficiencies.
I have also headed the manpower selection committee to induct the technically suitable, physically fit and highly motivate ma n to
