EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
• Analyzes blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other construction documents to prepare project scope of work for bidding
construction projects, applying knowledge of specialized methodologies, techniques, principles, and processes.

requirements, and labor.
• Prepares preliminary estimates for planning purposes and detailed itemized estimates based on final plans and specifications.
• Perform analysis and evaluation of historical data and pricing data to determine price fairness of complex proposals. And for
use with performing budgetary estimates for future project on conceptual drawing stage.
• Effectively using FTP site and The Blue Book site for communication with the bidders.

• Proficient in proper issuance of ADDENDA and continuous updating and follow-up with interested bidders.

• Sub-contract management, to include but not limited to, getting approval of all trade shop drawing and material submittal,
and release the order for fabrication, work scheduling and coordination with other trades.
