Locations and planned day of shoot
Graveyard for the first day of shooting, the
graveyard for the shot with Rebecca sitting
under the tree in. The scene where we first see
the graveyard and Rebecca, just reading her
book.
What equipment will be taken? Who will be
present? What props are required?
Camera, tripod, book, Rebecca is present,
make-up will be required
What are the potential hazards associated
with the location?
The gravestones, got to be careful to not knock
into them, or trip over them
Is there water at the location (pond, swimming There is no water at any of the locations
pool, waterfall)? How will this be planned for?
What are the risks associated with the general
public? How will these be dealt with?
There may be people around, respect the
people that come to the graveyard, don't get in
their way
How will the equipment be stored during the
shoot?
Everyone is responsible for each piece of
equipment they use in that scene,so they will
carry it from different locations.
How will the equipment be stored after the
shoot/overnight?
In the media store cupboard.
