to help us all overcome the corona crisis
• It will focus 1 hour on the needs of SMEs, and another hour on the needs of
public sector organisations
• The ideas will be recorded and made available afterwards
• You have until Friday (27/03) to expand your contributions and choose a
topic that you want to take the lead on or interested in to develop it further
with other DIHs

5. • After an initial impulse from Gabor Vicze, we have three topics for a joint
brainstorming
1. Needs What do SMEs need instantly and in the mid term, e.g. telework, how can
goods and services be exchanged, health and social support for employees, financial
support…
2. Business Continuity What can be digital solutions to support the SMEs in
continuing their existing business
3. Business Innovation What can help SMEs to better adopt to changing
markets with digital innovations

6. • Intention, & focus, expected type of contributions, expected outcome
1. SMEs we are not focusing for solutions to better combat the virus, we want to
support SMEs in their current pressing problems – with digital solutions
2. Describe an Offering as detailed, as concrete as possible; if someone else
already had a similar idea, add to this one, don’t open to much new “Post-It’s”
3. Be ready to take the lead, therefore write your organization in the post; read our
follow-up email, what to do after the brainstorming to uptake

perform urgent actions (COVID-19 crisis)
The European Commission is willing to support urgent actions
to fight the COVID-19 crisis
A Digital Innovation Hub project funded by the EC can perform
activities not planned in the original Description of Action, as long
as they do not alter substantially the scope of the project and
are broadly linked to the original aims.
This can be done by changing the activities of the consortium
partners and / or the description of the FSTP (Financial Support
to Third Parties) in the Description of Action.
