This document outlines a vision for upgrading and connecting blocks A and B of building 5 at UTS. The vision includes 5 points: 1) Improving connectivity to the community and entry points, 2) Connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces, 3) Upgrading existing amenities and courtyards, 4) Achieving university sustainability objectives, and 5) Enhancing environments for student unions, businesses, and law. Concepts and plans are presented for several new learning spaces, including a glasshouse, shed, backyard, sandpit, commercial hub, media alley, sunroom, and sun deck, each designed with a different focus on teaching and learning styles.
