I have been fortunate to have worked with and employed Chris Cargile. Chris started working
for my firm in 2011 and since that time I have been continuously impressed with his work ethic and
drive to do better for himself. Initially, Chris ran a landscape company and my first interaction with him
was through his wife, who is also an excellent 3 year employee of my firm. Chris has handled personal
and business matters for the firm with excellence and attention to detail. We hired Chris to intake new
personal injury and workers’ compensation claims to which he excelled. I have witnessed Chris drive
hundreds of miles per day to sign up intake after intake and then pursue his studies, all while
maintaining a family. Chris has a positive attitude and not once in my entire dealings with him have I
ever heard him complain, oppose firm decisions, or be anything other than a stellar employee. After
signing hundreds of cases, it became evident that his compassion for people and commitment to closing
were superior to any other investigator that I have used over the past 9 years of practicing law.
However, I was even more impressed with his commitment to return to school to complete his college
degree. Chris simply excelled in every aspect of the job assigned to him, as well as continuing his
education maintaining a 4.0 GPA through his first straight year. It is my belief that Chris’s contributions
to any organization will be highly effective, as he was at my business, and my only regret is that I could
not continue to offer him employment due to a slowdown in my own business. Chris has demonstrated
independence, quality decision making, and the people skills necessary to succeed at any endeavor he
chooses. A team works when you have team players, I know that first hand, Chris puts others before
himself and has the intangibles to simply make the business work. I am proud to have had the
opportunity to employ a person with that type of character and am sure that Chris will excel regardless
of the path ahead of him.
