To whom it may concern,
It is with great pleasure that I recommend Neille Lacasandile for the position of Registered Nurse at
your facility. As the preceptor for Neille during her clinical role transition at Northwestern Memorial
Hospital, I am confident in her ability to care for patients as a new graduate nurse. She made an
excellent impression on the Orthopedics Care Unit, providing care for patients before and after
surgeries. I spent a lot of time alongside Neille and can see her strong sense of dedication and
responsibility to her patients.
As an intern, she was very well respected and liked by our nursing staff. The patients also felt a
connection with her as she built great relationships with them throughout her time at the bedside.
The orthopedics floor can be extremely busy and demanding, but Neille was able to handle a high
volume of work by staying well organized and remaining calm and collected. She took a strong
initiative to learn by always being inquisitive and focused towards her nursing education.
I can see that she has taken her classroom knowledge into the clinical setting of nursing and will
strive in the "real world.” She is a very reliable person and is a joy to be around. If you need any
