OCTOBER 4 – NOVEMBER 15
This course is for the currently employed who are interested in
becoming successful supervisors or improving their supervisory
skills. The course will cover the topics of communication, emotional
intelligence, running a meeting, giving feedback, presenting formal
evaluations, HR issues, supporting a diverse workforce, project
management and team dynamics. In addition to classroom hours,
participants will have three hours of coaching with the instructor.
