V P G B C (Victory and Power Globally of Broker Consortium) is a real estate broker consortium initiated in April 2011 by V S Dutta. It consists of 100 core founder members from various real estate and business backgrounds. V P G B C works to promote all areas of the real estate industry through brokerage and acts as a global network for its members. When a member brings a developer deal, they can sell properties across India and globally, keeping 80% commission while 20% goes to V P G B C for promotional expenses and lead generation to benefit all members.

What Does V P G B C do with 20% ?20% will be used for combined Promotional Expenses to Generate Leads and Branding for Members in accordance to the percentage of contribution by the broker in the 20% After the end of the year the balance amount will also be distributed back to the Members in accordance to the percentage of the contribution into the 20%
