Acknowledgements
Mace Ranch Innovation Center (MRIC) is a
parcel of land in unincorporated YOLO
county that is being designed specifically to
help businesses improve their ability to
innovate. The current proposal wants to
create a comprehensive multi-modal system
and establish bicycle and pedestrian
connectivity, and develop partnerships with
the city, UC Davis Unitrans, YOLO County
Transit and Amtrak.
Increase mixed land use
Include 800 dwelling units
Add 50,000 sq ft of retail space
Provide bicycle sharing program at the
hotel and housing areas
