Acknowledgements
Mace Ranch Innovation Center (MRIC) is a
parcel of land in unincorporated YOLO
county that is being designed specifically to
help businesses improve their ability to
innovate. The current proposal wants to
create a comprehensive multi-modal system
and establish bicycle and pedestrian
connectivity, and develop partnerships with
the city, UC Davis Unitrans, YOLO County
Transit and Amtrak.
 Increase mixed land use
 Include 800 dwelling units
 Add 50,000 sq ft of retail space
 Provide bicycle sharing program at the
hotel and housing areas
 Pay-To-Park ($125/Month, $10/Day)
 Reduce 35% of parking spaces
 Collaborate with UC Davis vanpool service

 Increase transit accessibility by adding 2
more bus stops inside the MRIC site
