Stinky yoga mat? Here are some tips from Alyson and Sam of Elan Yoga & Fitness in Ft. Collins, CO

1. Step One:
Add one or two drops of essential oil to an amber or cobalt
glass bottle filled with clean water. If your mat is especially
stinky, add a teaspoon of baking soda to your solution.

2. Step Two:
Shake the bottle well and spray a fine mist of the
solution over your entire mat.

3. Step Three:
Wipe clean with a hot, damp towel.

4. Step Four:
Hang to dry.

5. Step Five:
Sit back and hang (not an optional step).
