Mr. S. Kalyanakumar, Trainer’s Profile
Mr. S. Kalyanakumar aged 49 being a Masters in Business Administration
having graduated from Alagappa University, Karaikudi through its one of
the recognized institutions “Trichy Institute of Management Studies
(TIMS)” at Trichy, Tamilnadu. His total experience was around 20 years
of which, he has worked in manufacturing industries of Domestic and
Multi-National Corporate Companies i.e., Textile (Fenner India of JK
Singhania Group), Cement (Grasim and UltraTech of Aditya Birla),
Automobile (Rajsriya) and Structural Engineering (PEB-Geometrics Space Structures) on
multiple roles in HR and ER and Plant HR Head (Generalist) and also was heading
Operations.
He is one of the diversely experienced Human Resource persons who has been trained
and has hands on experience on HR operations involving varied domains. He had always
been a dedicated individual focusing on the growth of the companies he has worked for
and has mentored and facilitated employees on their requisites and satisfaction and their
career counseling and growth by imparting varied training on multi-skilling.
With his strategic thinking and expertise in Industrial and Employee Relations in line with
his objective of promoting organizational development, he has achieved formulating and
implementing Policies, Training and Development activities, Motivational programs to
inculcate morale and ethics of organization balancing the work and life of every individual.
He was a regular contributor to his employers in improving productivity in terms of
enforcing 5-S Japanese work culture, adopting World Class Manufacturing practices
(WCM), Involvement in periodical Safety Audits, adopting Safe Work Culture, involved in
the process and implementation of ISO Audit compliances etc.
On training front, he is an effective communicator with good interpersonal skills and hands
on experience on Team Building and Employee Development activities. He likes to
involve every participant of training program to bring in the sessions alive with passion,
creative, and helping participants to interact with content. He connects with his audiences
and constantly urges a two way communication in his interactions.
It is true, that with his renowned experience although his career stage, he has been praised
with applause of events.
