NESTLÉ India manufactures products of truly international quality
under internationally famous brand names such as NESCAFÉ,
MAGGI, MILKYBAR, KIT KAT etc. and in recent years the Company
has also introduced products of daily consumption and use .

4. CSR Policy
The Company follows a structured governance procedure to
monitor CSR activities. The CSR Policy is governed by the Board of
Directors. In terms of the Companies Act, 2013 the Board of
Directors have constituted the Corporate Governance and Social
Responsibility Committee (‘CSR Committee’) to formulate and
recommend to the Board of Directors the CSR Policy indicating
activities to be undertaken as specified in Schedule VII and the
amount of expenditure for the CSR activities.
5. CSR Committee
The CSR Committee monitors the CSR Policy of the Company from time
to time. The CSR Department monitors the status of each project and
reports its findings to the CSR Committee periodically.

Estimated Prescribed CSR Budget FY 2021 - 2022: INR 52.77 Cr
The company is always dedicated towards CSR activities and has spent more

9. Nestlé Healthy Kids
Programme
• Project Budget: INR 10.57 Cr
• Goal : to create awareness regarding nutrition, good cooking
practices, good hygiene and the importance of physical activity
among children in schools particularly village schools
• Project Location: Rajasthan -Jaipur ,Gujarat -Ahmedabad
,Jharkhand -Ranchi ,Maharashtra - Pune ,Jammu & Kashmir-Jammu
11. Disaster management and Covid-19 Relief

12. Implementation
The Company would implement the CSR programs through
Company personnel and partnerships with expert agencies,
NGOs and Government. In cases where the
implementation is through external implementing
agencies, the Company would monitor the
