This document outlines the requirements for installing a Jean-Michel Basquiat exhibition culture jam lounge and video booth. It details both the front-end needs like a soundproof booth, lighting, tablets and microphones, as well as back-end integrations like an API to upload recordings. Over 700 videos have been submitted in the first month with most being suitable for the website. Lessons learned include ensuring institutional buy-in, adequate signage, quality equipment, thorough testing, and ongoing monitoring of content.
