Ernest Miles serves as an artist developer and A&R representative for GoldTone Entertainment, assisting agencies in managing and developing young talent. He organizes talent schedules and shoots and acts as a liaison between management, talent, and clients. Miles has also worked in music promotions with artists such as the Ying Yang Twins, DC Curry, and many West Coast radio stations. Originally from Long Beach, California, he draws on his family's experience in the entertainment industry for guidance.

Ernest Miles serves as Artist Developer and A&R for GoldTone Entertainment.
His goal as Developer is assisting agencies in managing and developing
young talent signed to the Agency. He has organized shoots and schedules
and act as liaison between management, talent, and clients. Ernest also
worked in the promotions field with such artist as the Ying Yang Twins, DC
Curry, and many West Coast Radio Promotions.
Ernest known also as KONNECTS can add Film and Television to his credit including “Dance 360”, “Team
Ronin” and “BATTLE”. He attended Evergreen Valley College in San Jose and served as Supervisor of Of-
fice Services for Merrill Corporation in San Francisco and Marketing Developer-Private Analyst for YOU-
BLOOM, Inc. in Los Angeles, California.
Ernest Miles is a native of Long beach California and was raised in the Bay Area. Coming from a musically
inclined family, Ernest received his guidance and training from legendary relatives and mentors in the
Entertainment Industry, such as, George Clinton, Wally Rocker, David Traub, Mario Rosemond and Moog-
Star from Funk Group Cameo. Being a young entrepreneur the last few years working with GoldTone En-
tertainment his focuses has been covering the restructure of all aspects of A&R and a Corporate A7R Di-
vision “WorldWide” integrated within the new Digital Marketing Advertising and Social Net working Corpo-
rate Platforms. He has been called the Jack of all Trades and the “Connoisseur” of his Time.
