1. We are excited to announce the arrival of our new Director of
Business Development, Dwayne Hoffman! Prior to joining
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®, he worked with such brands as
Starbucks, Coca-Cola, and Nestle. With over 25 years of
experience in the food and beverage industry, Dwayne is the
ideal candidate to build our franchise community domestically.
In his new role, he will be responsible for identifying and
securing new developers for non-traditional locations within
the contiguous Unites States. He will work directly with
potential developers guiding them all of the way from initial
franchising discussions through their early store openings.
Dwayne will work remotely and reports directly to Dan Lecocq,
Vice President of Business Development. What you might not
know about Dwayne is he was an NCAA Football player who set
his school record for career starts with 50. Dwayne had to
defend against NFL greats like Andre Reed, Dave Meggett and
Rich Gannon!
Please join us in welcoming Dwayne to The Coffee Bean &
Tea Leaf® family!
