As a Project Manger, I served as a on-site commercial construction Project Manager/Controller of four
shopping centers in the Sacramento area. In this role, I coordinated all aspects of the construction
project from ground break to completion, to tenant leasing, and tenant/property management.
Structured and implemented all aspects of the construction loan draws, and served as liaison between
developer, key-holders, architects,, leasing agents, and bankers. As a Designer, I specialize in home and
landscape design/remodel, flipping, space planning, staging, etc. From a Marketing and Artistic
position, I create marketing and advertising materials, as well as design floor plans, landscapes and
pools. My work as an Artist includes hand-built 3-D conceptual art, painting and screen printing in
which I strongly pull ideas from sociological themes.
