Summary

Working with the Search Team at WalmartLabs as a Principal Program Manager. Helped launched a new and
better redesign of the site. This required working with over 10 internal and external teams. Worked as an interface
with Search team and all the cross functional teams including Product, Business, Network and HW procurement
teams etc. Helped with resource planning, requirements gathering, coordination, resolve blockers and risk
mitigation, and delivery of required goals. Worked with other markets (e.g: Sams club) to launch “Search as a
service” for their platforms. Responsible for the entire stack from FE, Relevance and Machine Learning, Analytics,
BE Systems & Performance and Operations and Monitoring.

Closely worked with 6 cross functional teams (both in house and off-shore) as a Sr. Program Manager at
Dealix.com for over 6 years. Successfully implemented SOX and Agile process through training that I conducted for
the teams. Helped them through continuous engagement and mentoring to become self-governing teams. Launched
the main website and mobile version of the site for the company. This included initiatives for the user experience,
web-analytics, front end and back end of the site along with the feature driven implementation. Also led critical
programs for re-write of the scrub engine / platform related programs and other partner integration projects.
Helped the integration of the Division’s IT resources with ADP after the acquisition. Improved on-time delivery to
