2. MY FIVE FAVORITE FOODS
1.PIZZA
Pizza is a yeasted flatbread generally topped with tomato sauce and cheese and baked in an oven. It is commonly
topped with a selection of meats, vegetables and condiments.
My all time favorite and nothing can beat pizza. I just love the smell of pizza and the cheesy looks of pizza makes me
salivate.
3. 2. DUMPLINGS
Dumpling is a broad classification for a dish that consists of pieces of dough (made from a variety of
starch sources) wrapped around a filling or of dough with no filling. I have grown up eating those
dumplings so I am addicted to it. I love salty and cheesy things so there is no doubt that I like dumplings.
4. 3.CHICKEN NUGGETS
A chicken nugget is a chicken product made from chicken meat which is breaded or battered, then
deep-fried or baked. Fast food restaurants usually fry their nuggets in vegetable oil. Being great fan of
chicken I couldn’t help eating chicken nuggets like everytime I visit restaurants.
5. 4.ABALONE PORRIDGE
ABALONE PORRIDGE (JEONBOKJUK) KNOWN AS THE “KING OF PORRIDGES” IN KOREA. NOT ONLY IS IT CREAMY, SAVORY,
DELICIOUS, HEARTY, AND SATISFYING, BUT BECAUSE THEY LIVE ON THE ROCKS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE OCEAN, ABALONE ARE
INCREDIBLY LEAN AND HAVE ALMOST NO FAT. THEY ARE FULL OF GOOD MINERALS AND VITAMINS, TOO. IT’S HARD TO BEAT
ABALONE PORRIDGE FOR TASTE, NUTRITION, AND MAKING YOU FEEL WARM AND SATISFIED.
6. This is another one of those recipes that is perfect for when you want something fresh and
tasty.
The taste is mild but not bland, and the key ingredient is the shrimp paste with soya bean oil.
This one is my favorite Thai food so I enjoy eating it.
5. Thai Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe (Khao Pad Man Goong Sa
Wuey)

If you want to find Koreans eating Korean food then Jan Wong is the restaurants where Koreans go for
Korean food. This restaurant offers a great combo pack of fresh and delicious food with friendly staff and

12. FIVE TRENDY FOODS
1. Gut-friendly
food
With fermenting, pickling and preserving reaching the
mainstream, our panel agree that gut health is set to be
a big food trend for 2018. This includes probiotics like
kimchee, miso and kefir and prebiotics such as onions,
garlic and other alliums.

health benefits of doing so? Take a look at our digestive
health hub for all the latest recipes and research. Then,
see our beginner's guide to fermented foods and try it
for yourself.
13. 2.HYPER-LOCAL FOOD
In the UK and many other countries now, there is a
growing trend for dishes created with ingredients
sourced within walking distance. One of the
figureheads for this movement is Danish chef René
Redzepi who is doing just that at his two-Michelin-
starred Copenhagen restaurant Noma. Tony Naylor
observes that at home, too, there are more and
more "restaurants are applying a Redzepi-like sense
of localism to their ingredients".
14. 3.Plant-based protein
A plant-based diet is any diet that
focuses around foods derived from
plant sources. This can include
fruit, vegetables, grains, pulses,
legumes, nuts and meat
substitutes such as soy products.
15. 4.WEST AFRICAN CUISINE
Zoe Adjonyoh’s recent
cookbook, about growing up eating
grilled tilapia and gingery Scotch
bonnet stew, has been influential.
Thanks to her, ‘there is scope to
show customers how to use different
spices,’ says M&S’s Head of Food
Product Direction and Innovation,
Cathy Chapman. Additionally, Yeo
Valley is releasing a limited-edition
baobab and vanilla yogurt.
16. 5.FOREIGN FARMING IN BRITAIN
Luke Farrell from Dorset’s Ryewater
Nursery, who has encyclopedic
knowledge of Malaysian and Sichuan
cuisines, is harvesting rare Asian plant
varieties like som saa and pandan (Nigella
reckons the latter is the avocado of 2018).
Meanwhile, there’s sustainably farmed
British tilapia in east London, with the
waste produced used as fertiliser to grow
veg. British farmers are even producing
txuleton (pronounced chuleton), the
Galician old ox or dairy beef that foodies
go wild for.
