Responsible for the triage of errors received when users request their company Benefit charts online using
the Online Benefit Information (OBI) system. When a chart is not displayed research is done using Oracle
reports and the OBI application to determine why the chart is unavailable. Federal regulations mandate that
charts are to be available within 7 days or a penalty is assessed to the vendor. Triage of the errors provides
the Benefit analysts the needed information to make the chart available to the user on the next attempt so that
no penalties are assessed. Weekly error reports using Oracle database tables data are generated to track
how long errors are sitting in the error report tracker as unresolved.
