Change is more continuous and volatile today than ever before; this makes planning and leading change exponentially more difficult. Leaders need insights which have been traditionally difficult to obtain: from identifying ‘networked’ influencers; predicting for potential engagement risks through change; to preparing people for the future state. We need a GPS for Change: an active data driven approach to predicting obstacles; identifying the best routes to take; and providing ongoing measurement and improvement throughout the change process.
