Assisted in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of orthopedic and musculoskeletal
injuries. Minimum 120 hours per semester. 850 total hours to date.
Spent almost 20 hours a week executing and athletic training competencies while supervised by
a certified athletic trainer. Diagnosed injuries and implemented creative and challenging
rehabilitation programs for football, basketball, track, soccer, volleyball, wrestling.

Student Presenter: Built an interprofessional plan to manage real patient in nursing home.
Developed and presented plan in front of faculty of A.T. Still and Truman State. Visited and
performed examinations on elderly female in nursing home throughout the semester to foster
communication and competence between different medical professions.

Student Presenter: Presented concussion symposium to osteopathic doctors
Discussed concussions and concussion management. Demonstrated special tests including
vestibular ocular motor screenings to inform D.O.’s at A.T. Still University.

Student attender at conference for two years on Knee and Shoulder Evaluations, Bone Health in the
