At a recent workshop,seeing that the group really got into the “zone” of building their LEGO models and sharing stories, so instead of making everyone fill up feedback forms at the end of the workshop, we got participants to build LEGO models to share how the felt about and what they learnt from the workshop. Think they all had fun with this additional exercise and it allowed everyone to freely express their views instead of being constrained by a 1 to 5 scale.
