Mission Statement
Did you know it’s a high demand for independent artists labels scout EPK sites
like Reverbnation, Soundcould, Bandcamp and Sonic Bids to find the next best thing.
2strong Music Group helps independent artist create their brand and content
through Internet marketing also we provide financial advice. Our mission is to
create entrepreneurs without breaking any of the artist artistic skills.
Vision Statement
Here in Miami dade artist are limited on options for artists representation
although there labels like Slip –n- Slide, Po Boy and Strong Arm. Numerous artists
still limited on they deserve, however these labels have a large roster of that still
doesn’t mean independent artist have the representation they need to flourish.
Our vision is to expand the radius of representation as for the moment we cover
two counties Miami dade and Broward county which more can be done with the
artists brand and promotions with a larger audience and networking experience.
Why are you the best to execute this idea
As a struggling artist in the pass with no real representation its very difficult to
have a successful career without having representation to develop your brand and
promote the proper image. To execute this idea someone with experience of
struggle and success in some matter my ability to connect with artist weakness.
How are you going to leverage your weakness

According to my entrepreneurial DNA as Builder I had several weakness, but one that
stuck out for me is keeping my loyalty to employees. As the owner of this company I
would love to see everyone succeed somewhere down the line, you must learn no
matter how much you won’t to help others fulfill their dreams something must be
scarified a friendship or business relationships something must be a understanding
business is business.
I can be the best person to execute
As a builder I’m always looking to expand and develop new ways to create ideas as
to become better and more sufficient at my job. Miami dade has a very large base of
various artists that should be seen our heard, but without the proper management
they’ll never understand what it takes for success.
Specialist DNA leverage
My DNA leverage will help others succeed because I have a don’t quit attitude,
always focused on the next task at hand till the end. Independent artist need someone
to believe in their abilities to succeed and allow them to understand nothing happens
overnight.
Business trends
Through the Internet many things our possible through streams and likes could turn
under dog artist top shelf. By consistently promoting great content for viewers to see
should open a very reachable number of 100,000 views and monthly subscription
service that will fuel the artist online presence.

will propel the artist record sells and enhance the online presence. Research of the
competitor track records majority of companies makes sells through online platforms
like Facebook and Instagram. Which is a great way to keep interacting with the audience

wouldn’t be hard to continue making money.
Conclusion
Through the month I learn about how a entrepreneurs think how they should react
there’s a big difference between the type of entrepreneurs not all think and react alike
.Builder you should team up with innovators and Specialist should time up with
Opportunist. Reason is they have different characteristics and should feed off each
other based off experience of field.
As a Builder my idea for a artist development firm will be perfect for upcoming
independent artist with my experience as an former artists my relationship will be built
off educating clients about the business aspect before music recorded and done.
The Internet shape the music in some many ways through views and stream it’s no
longer about talent more about brand and image and your interaction with online
steamers. Creating the right strategies will propel any independent artist as long if
understand what market is doing and what the competitor have up their sleeves.
